One of those days

You know those days where you miss a train, shrug your shoulders, take another train, see your connecting train leave right in front of you, get home eventually, turn on the pc to enjoy new comments on your site and it … appears to be… DOWN?

Suddenly, no more kartoen.be, no more Happysad, no more nice visitors! AAAAaaaay! I felt so utterly lost!

My baby, somebody took my baby!! :-)

Maybe you noticed it too. Of course, there were just some ‘intermittent network issues‘ with my webhost – nothing I should be panicking about. But still, it really did feel like I’d lost a limb or something. I guess it’s just another thing they should add to those “10 signs you’re addicted to the internet”-lists.

    I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love your site and your comics. I used one of them to teach a grade 5 class about quatraints and they loved your little friends.

  2. I had to look up ‘grade 5′, because we have a different system here. So you’re showing this stuff to 10 year olds? Are you sure that’s appropriate? :-) It’s definitely the first time someone’s linked Happysad to quatrains (isn’t that supposed to be written without the extra ‘t’ BTW? ;-) )

    No worries, it was one about the flu with the cute little “roses are red, violets are blue”. Don’t worry I am not ruining their *innocent* 10 year old minds :)
